If you are new to Your Bendigo Laundromat and have never used our equipement before or never used an unattended laundromat please make contact prior to use for information on how to use safely, understand equipement

This facility is under 24 hours video surveillance – We do not guarantee safety.

Doors automatically lock at closing time. Use internal door handle or switch to exit.

Your Bendigo Laundromat is open from 6am to 9pm, 7 days a week, last wash or dry or activation using card, coin or app of washers or dryers is 8.30pm

Machines shut down at 9pm

Refer to care labels before proceeding with your washing or drying. Also please check that all pockets are empty of foreign material.

Please consider other users and return before completion.

It is permissible to remove completed laundry by next user on completion of wash or dry into allocated clients laundry basket or by management at any time

Keep the Your Bendigo Laundromat neat and tidy.

Clean up all spills and messes or notify store owner.

Be respectful to all equipment, people and their clothing.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Use washers and dryers at your own risk. Check washer and dryer drum before proceeding.

If using credit card please ensure that you have enough funds for the washer or dryer transaction before tapping, once you have tapped please refer to washer or dryer display screen for further instructions

Your Bendigo Laundromat expressly excludes all loss, liability and damage for any lost, stolen or damaged clothing, doonas blanket (including, any shrinkage, transfer of colour from one garment to another or damage caused to items . Customers must at all times refer to their care label for instructions. All loss, liability and damage caused (whether physically or otherwise) as a result of using our machines or being at our premises is expressly excluded.

Your Bendigo Laundromat is not responsible for loss of, or damage to, any personal or non-cleanable items left amongst, or in, a customer’s clothing such as money, jewellery, or anything else of value.

We do not guarantee removal of all stains to clothes washed in our Laundromat. Clothes must be spin dried before placing them in dryers.

Your Bendigo Laundromat's modern facilities are provided for our customers comfort and convenience. Please help us to keep them in a good condition by cleaning up after yourself and reporting any abuse to us on 5442 2166 or ybl@bigpond.com

Check washer or dyer drum after you have removed your items to make sure nothing is left behind

If wishing to wash pet items please refer to the location tab on our website and use correct washers and dryers at our dedicated pet laundromats

Your Bendigo Laundromat does not authorise any loitering on premises when not actively involved in washing or drying

Please be curteous to all call customer service personel in store or by phone as they are there to step you through the issues you may have.

DON’T

Don't be distracted - be in the moment and be focused on your task for the required time in store

Don’t overload machines with clothing or use too much detergent.

Don’t leave clothing or laundry baskets in the middle of the floor.

Don’t make someone else clean up after you.

Don’t smoke inside store.
